Business Value and Ethics, Key to successful business management. ; Mr. Shrikant Deo (Senior Programme Manager, Infosys Pune)

A guest lecture was organized on Business Management in IT Industry in Shankarlal Khandelwal College by the Department of Business Administration. The chief guest of the programme was Mr. Shrikant Deo, President Dr. J.M. Saboo, Principal and special guest Mr. Madhur Khandelwal.Mr. Shrikant Deo an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad has a total 16 years of experience and is currently handling a business platform in Infosys as Program manager. He guided the students on the basics of IT industry and the role of management in IT industry. The interactive session led to guidance of the audience on education and career perspective and the future of IT sector. He also focussed on the role of information technology and management in handling business efficiently.
In the beginning of programme Vision, Mission and Objectives of the college were read by Reshma Purushwani, Pooja Deshmukh and Rani Sato students of BBA. The presidential speech was delivered by Dr. J.M. Saboo and the vote of thanks was proposed by Vilas Deshmukh and anchoring was done by Maithali Sherkar and Sonam Punjabi. Sincere efforts were taken by the HOD of BBA dept Prof. Vishal Jain, guest lecture committee head Prof. Sandeep Pahuja and Prof. Savinder Gandhi helped in the overall co-ordination. The students Nikhil Deo, Darshan Chandak, Abhishek Agrawal, Rahul Sarode, Sagar Sontakke, Swati Wadhwani, Manisha Shodnani, Divya Katriya and Riya Parwani had taken special efforts for the success of the programme.
